Postage & Packaging
- Standard postage and packaging is £3.99 per order
- Free postage on all orders over £20
Our Refund & Returns Promise
We carefully check and pack every order, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
Please note that we only offer refunds or returns if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective, or
- Your order is lost by the postal company
We’re unable to offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental orders
- Items damaged after delivery
If Something Isn’t Right
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please let us know so we can put things right as quickly as possible.
Just:

- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item
- Include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- A clear photo of the problem (if applicable)
We’ll take a look and aim to get back to you within 2 working days.
Lost Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the courier’s expected delivery time, please contact us using the same link and we’ll help investigate with the postal provider.
Exchanges
If an exchange is agreed, the customer will be responsible for the postage costs to return the item and for the replacement to be sent out, unless we state otherwise.
What Happens Next?
If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange either:
- A replacement item (if available), or
- A refund to your original payment method
